The cornerstone of Our Values at Work is our Employee Covenant.  The Employee Covenant joins us with our employees through a commitment to live our core values in a way that enables all employees to reach their full potential.  The Employee Covenant describes the guiding principles of the employee experience within Catholic Health Initiatives and our market-based organizations.  It is rooted in our core values and defines how we live these values in our work community.  The Employee Covenant outlines what employees can expect from Catholic Health Initiatives or a market-based organization, and what is expected of employees as a part of a values-based work community.  (Click on the image below to view a larger size.)
