Twelve congregations of women religious either founded or later joined Catholic Health Initiatives. Each congregation chooses to be Active or Honorary. Active congregations provide a representative to the members of the civil corporation of Catholic Health Initiatives. These members support and influence the mission of Catholic Health Initiatives and its public juridic person, Catholic Health Care Federation.
